Hey Family,

I am really tired right now we just got done playing soccer in the hot sun, did you know they dont have indoor courts here? Well this week was really good we are going to baptize an 11 year old girl this week. The thing is she was baptized 2 years ago but her records got lost so we get to baptize her. It will be the easiest baptism I have ever had in the mission. She wants to be baptized this friday in the afternoon, we said ok see you then. Yes!!! So it will be a good week. I watched most of all of the talks, they kept kicking us out of our room we were watching it in english and then they would say their are a ton of members here that need to watch this in spanish ahhh. Sometimes we would have to watch it in spanish it is just 10 times better to listen to the Prophets voice and the voices of the Apostles. I liked Elder Hollands talk. We have been working very hard trying to find people that want the gospel, and people who will not reject us. I love this area it is so awesome the weather, the people, the catholic churches, I am going to take a pictures of all the catholic churches from now on, they are crazy. All we did Saturday and Sunday was sit and eat and watch and look for investigators and it was relaxing to watch the conference it felt good another time to receive inspiration from the Spirit. What I learned from the Conferences was that we need more help from the Spirit to guide us to have a better future. Well that is pretty much all that is going on in my life right now. I am enjoying the mission. I love you all I hope you have a good week. Mom have an awesome 50th birthday I didn”t get to see either of yours or dads 50th birthdays that kind of stinks oh well i will see your 51 and dads 52 oldies!

It’s that time of year again!!! I love October and decorating for Halloween…We made our annual haunted gingerbread house, it is a tradition as of last year. And I owe the title to my little cousin Tyler who wants to name his new baby Halloweenish! Happy October!!!!

This weekend we are helping with a baby shower for my niece Lisa, so for the centerpiece Ashley, Brook and I made this adorable diaper cake… It turned out so CUTE!!! Who would of thought a diaper cake could be adorable?

Father’s Day- I thought I would finally add something to my blog, it has been several months since I shared anything. Brook and Kyle talked in Sacrament meeting today and Brook shared some memorable things about Bret and some about my Dad her grandfather. Needless to say it brought tears to my eyes and fond memories of years past. Two special men in my life and in my childrens. They have sacrificed many thing to make our lives easier, I love them both!!

I can’t forget my WONDERFUL MOTHER who does so much for our family. I love her dearly she is the BEST!!! This is one of my favorite pictures of Her…

It is Chase’s Birthday and this e-mail came from the mission presidents wife. So nice of
her!!!
Dear Judd Family,
I know that you are missing him terribly today, so I just want to tell you that he is doing so well! He got to baptize on his birthday! He was so excited to get his package yesterday. You were so good (or lucky) to have it arrive just in the knick of time. It was perfect because he didn’t have the chance to open it 2 weeks early like so many of them do. He was also very sweet and shared his peanut butter chocolates with us. I am totally in love with them. They are so delicious!

I had every intention of baking his cake today, but President and I ended up on the road all day doing a couple of special interviews for baptisms. I had hoped to have it for him at the office so he could have a little cake and ice cream after his baptism. I did bake a bunch of brownies last night for the cambio meal, so I took them in this morning instead. Not quite the same, but I think he will enjoy them. Maybe tomorrow…. He is really earning his pay here in the office. We sure couldn’t function without him. Sure do love your boy! Thanks again for sharing him with us….. Con amor,Hna Hansen
